30-day money-back guarantee

Statistic Trade offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days from the date of the order.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact Statistic Trade support and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.

Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
